Supervisor is the position nominated and assigned by company management level personnel such as
director, department managers. To be a nominee of supervisor, each individual must ensure that job of
preventing accidents rest upon the Supervisor. OWA selects our diver(s) through nomination by our
experienced supervisor(s), who has gained his vast experience through his past diving career.
Competence for supervisors sould include company and Administrative policies, and safety aspects of
the work likely to be undertaken by the Supervisors.
Minimum requirement to be a suitable diving supervisor should be;

Minimum of 24 years of age.- Minimum five years of experiences as diver
- Minimum one year of experience as assistant supervisor
- Commitment by management level personnel

- Industrial HSE
- On-the-job trading skill for apprentice
- Leadership and Control
- Permit to work system at worksite
- Emergency response procedure
- Basic fire fighting
- Basic first aid
- Advanced rigging
- Diving Physiology
- Diving Physics
